Workforce
Workforce (under the general / Jobs & people area of the sidebar) is your organisation-wide people catalogue. It shows everyone Dimmi tracks for your company — across immigration and social security — in one place.
Use the List / Map toggle (top right) to switch views. Search and filters apply in both views.
List view
The list is a table of people. Typical columns:
| Column | What HR uses it for |
|---|---|
| Person | Name, avatar, job title or email — open the row for the full profile |
| Location | Where they are right now (city and country), or Home at their home base |
| Ongoing cases | Applications still in flight — hover for status, click to open the case |
| Permits & certificates | Issued permits and active certificates — colours signal OK / expiring / expired; click when a document is on file |
Open a person to see their profile: contact details, compliance chips, related applications, and issued products.
Map view
The map aggregates offices and people by city with coloured status markers. Open a marker for a short card, then continue to the profile.
Status colours (high level):
- Needs you — something on an application needs HR input
- In motion — an active immigration or social-security application is underway
- Posted / cross-border — posting or deployment-style mobility
- Arrived — permit or presence is settled
New applications that are still preparing often appear at the office they are relocating to until Dimmi has travel or address data.
