Billing

Open Organisation → Billing in the sidebar to see how Dimmi invoices your organisation for mobility work.

How charging usually works

When you start applications, Dimmi records service fees and add-ons against a package — the collection of cases started together. Examples:

  • A full work abroad journey
  • One or more business trips your advisor invoices together
  • A relocation with optional settling services

Your Dimmi advisor issues invoices from those fees (often one invoice covering several lines). Government application fees are separate: they are paid to the authorities, or handled according to your organisation’s fee settings.

Budget (when enabled)

If your organisation plan includes budget tracking, Billing opens with a Budget section:

  • This year’s mobility budget
  • Amount used from paid invoices
  • Remaining budget and a simple progress bar
  • Breakdown by product

If no budget is set, Billing links to Billing → Settings where you set this year’s amount and can review budget vs spend over recent years. Only paid invoices count toward used budget.

Invoices list

Invoices are grouped by package (person / collection of cases), not always one row per case. Expand a row for invoice numbers, line items, and pay links.

  • Drafts stay with your advisor until sent
  • If a pay link is available on a sent invoice, use Pay invoice
