Dimmi Counsel is the in-product assistant for your client portal. Ask questions in plain language about how to use Dimmi, what a screen means, or which next step makes sense for a hire or trip.
When to use Counsel
- You are unsure which case type to start
- You need a walkthrough of an Admin or Reports setting
- You want a short explanation of a status on Overview or a case tracker
Counsel answers using Dimmi’s product documentation for client users — the same topics covered in these public docs, plus deep links into your portal when you are signed in.
What Counsel is not
- It does not replace your Dimmi case handlers for legal filing decisions
- It does not expose case-manager-only or applicant-only tools
- For technical API integration details, prefer these docs and the OpenAPI reference
Account manager chat
