Policy packages
This page is generated from Dimmi product documentation used by in-product help. UI labels match the client console; some screens appear only when the matching module is enabled for your organisation.
Policy appears in the Organisation section of the sidebar when your organisation has an organisation plan that includes this feature.
Use it to define packages for different employee types — for example an executive package that covers the full relocation and accompanying family, or a junior package that covers permits and tax help only.
What you can configure
On Relocation packages, create packages with:
- A name (for example Executive or Junior)
- An optional description
- A package colour (the package icon in this list and when starting a case)
- Covered services: immigration / permits, accompanying family, housing (with optional housing extras — accompanied apartment viewing and move-in inspection, on by default when housing is included), Moving, Residence registration, and Employee tax setup
Packages you create are available when starting a case. Choose a Relocation package (or No package) on the settling step, then adjust services. Social-security certificates (A1/S1) are not part of relocation packages.
If a package already has approval rules, Dimmi still waits for those approvals after you finish the start flow. Approvers receive an email with a secure link, and can also decide from What happens next on the case detail page.
